And now, after 5+ years of coaching, a background in behavior change science, and finally integrating the woo I used to keep private, I know:

Why I built this:
Because I spent too many years chasing productivity as a way to prove I was enough.
I overachieved, overcommitted, and overcomplicated everything—until even reaching my goals didn’t feel good anymore.
It wasn’t until I gave myself permission to slow down, listen to my body, and design a system based on who I actually am that I finally started building a life I loved living.
Now I help other women do the same—without shame, without perfectionism, and without needing to become someone they’re not.
