Phase 1 – Burn It Down
This is where we get honest. We strip away the conditioning, the “shoulds,” and the survival patterns.
You’ll…
Identify and release what no longer serves—beliefs, systems, stories.
Make space for the woman you’re becoming by giving the old operating system a respectful send-off.
Build a Quit List—every draining task, commitment, or silent “should” that’s crowding your life.
Create a vision for your new life.
Phase 2 – The Messy Middle
This is the uncomfortable, but powerful place where transformation happens. You’re no longer who you were—but not yet who you’re becoming.

Play in the grey area between “old way” and “hell yes, new way.”
Start weekly experiments to test if the things you believe, the mindset your working with, and the shitty things you say to yourself are actually true.
We’re going old school with these experiments. You’ll have a ‘lab journal’ (aka your workbook) where you’ll write out a hypothesis, the experiment you’re going to run, your observations, and you’ll share your analysis during coaching calls so we can implement how you’ll move forward.
Hypothesis: If I’m not productive, I’m wasting time.
The Experiment: Pick one everyday moment and intentionally slow it down—maybe making your coffee, eating lunch outside, or sitting quietly with a book instead of scrolling. No rushing, no distractions—just being fully present.
Observations: Was it hard to sit still? Did your brain fight it? Or did you feel more relaxed?
Analysis: What’s one slow, quiet moment you can build into your daily routine without guilt?
Phase 3 – Main Character Energy Activated
This is where you alchemize. You rebuild a life and identity that’s rooted in who you actually are and what you actually want.

Design a schedule that breathes and a success metric that feels like freedom.
