What the Cosmic Method delivers

A 12-month, experiment-based group program that blends science-backed behavior change strategies with personalized, soulful tools like Human Design, astrology, and the Enneagram.

We’ll redesign your routines, rituals, and goals to fit your energy, your values, and your real life—so you can get things done, rebuild your self-trust, and stay consistent.

In six months, you will:

Why I built this

I spent most of my life following the rules and doing extra credit for good measure.
I learned early that being “the best” earned me safety, love, and belonging. So I built an entire identity around achievement: the girl who never missed a deadline, who stayed busy, who looked like she had it all together.

I masked for years — becoming whoever the person in front of me needed me to be. I graduated with a degree in engineering even though I didn’t want to, because it was what was expected of me. I built my career climbing the ladder in the corporate and nonprofit worlds, measuring my worth by my output.

I loved productivity — but I weaponized it.
Every planner, every system, every morning routine. And when I couldn’t stick to them, I made it mean something was wrong with me.

Rest felt lazy. Flexibility felt a failure.
And “balance” felt like something women on TV got to have.

Then motherhood cracked that entire identity open.
I loved my son, but I hated how easily resentment crept in when I was trying to be everything for everyone. I didn’t want to resent my work or my kid, but I also didn’t know who I was without the next achievement.

That was my breaking point — and the beginning of something completely new.

How the experiments work

This is what sets this group apart from any other productivity course you could take!

In the Cosmic Productivity Method, I don’t hand you a strict routine or a cliche home system and say, “Good luck.”
I guide you through small experiments designed to help you figure out what actually works for you.

Each week, you’ll:

  • Pick from a list of 50+ experiments (or design your own) that test your relationship with time, your work style, what habits will support your goals, your energy, and more

  • Get coaching to identify what’s working and what’s not (and why!)

  • Complete reflection prompts in your workbook to help you gather your own data—what felt good, what didn’t, what you want to keep tweaking

The beauty of an experiment is that it CANNOT FAIL because you’re gathering data. OK, that didn’t work - what else can I try? It’s about getting curious.

For example:

✨ If you’re a Generator who feels constantly drained, your experiment might involve energy check-ins to track when you're working with your energy vs. pushing past it.

✨ If your astrology chart shows a packed 6th house, we’ll help you test structure vs. spontaneity in your routines.

✨ If you're an Enneagram 3, your experiment might help you separate goal-setting from external validation.

✨ Or maybe you’re just feeling stuck—we’ll help you test a “minimum viable ritual” to get back into motion without the guilt.

We test, tweak, and repeat.

I used to be exactly where you are.

Biomedical engineering degree, MBA, nonprofit career, calendar so tight it could choke you.

Then I had my son.
