What the Lab delivers

A 6-month, experiment-based group program that blends science-backed behavior change strategies with personalized, soulful tools like Human Design, astrology, and the Enneagram.

We’ll redesign your routines, rituals, and goals to fit your energy, your values, and your real life—so you can get things done, rebuild your self-trust, and stay consistent.

In six months, you will:

  • Shred the “shoulds.” Identify and release beliefs, habits, and commitments that drain you.

  • Experiment on purpose. Test small, weekly shifts that show you what works for you. Everything is an experiment, so you can’t fail. You’re finding out what works.

  • Step into Main Character Energy. Craft your days, build your routines and rituals, and strive for goals that serve the woman you’re becoming.

  • More time for what matters most. By month 3, reclaim 5–10 hours per week via personalized routines

Why I built this

Because I spent too many years chasing productivity as a way to prove I was enough.
I overachieved, overcommitted, and overcomplicated everything until I realized I didn’t even want the goals I was reaching for anymore.

It wasn’t until I gave myself permission to slow down, listen to my body, and design a system based on who I actually am to my core that I finally started building a life I loved living.

Now I help other women do the same—without shame, without perfectionism, and without needing to become someone they’re not.

Phase 1: Burn It Down

Identify and release the beliefs, stories, and systems that no longer serve.

What are you holding on to just to be “good”? What can you finally let go of?

Phase 2: The Messy Middle

Run experiments using your Human Design, astrology, and values to find rhythms that work.

Set real goals. Test new systems. Trust your data—and your body.

Phase 3: Create Rituals and Routines

Turn what works into rhythms you can stick with.
Design a life that reflects your goals and your energy, without needing to overhaul everything.

Phase 4: Main Character Energy: Activated

Have a deeper understanding of who you are, what lights you up, and what brings you joy. Write your own story so you can step into the version of you who honors her time, her priorities, and her pace.

How the experiments work

This is what sets this group apart from any other productivity course you could take!

In the Productivity for Living Lab, I don’t hand you a strict routine or a cliche home system and say, “Good luck.”
I guide you through small experiments designed to help you figure out what actually works for you.

Each week, you’ll:

  • Pick from a list of 50+ experiments (or design your own) that test your relationship with time, your work style, what habits will support your goals, your energy, and more

  • Get coaching to identify what’s working and what’s not (and why!)

  • Complete reflection prompts in your workbook to help you gather your own data—what felt good, what didn’t, what you want to keep tweaking

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about getting curious.

For example:

✨ If you’re a Generator who feels constantly drained, your experiment might involve energy check-ins to track when you're working with your energy vs. pushing past it.

✨ If your astrology chart shows a packed 6th house, we’ll help you test structure vs. spontaneity in your routines.

✨ If you're an Enneagram 3, your experiment might help you separate goal-setting from external validation.

✨ Or maybe you’re just feeling stuck—we’ll help you test a “minimum viable ritual” to get back into motion without the guilt.

We test, tweak, and repeat.

Each experiment is intentionally small so you can try out new routines and habits without flipping your life upside down.

The goal is to build new routines and systems that evolve with you.

And by the end of the Lab, you’ll have:
